Project Manager - WiseLearning

Job Responsibilities:

WiseLearning is an online learning platform for teachers and students to have a grip on the daily news from a wide range of media in Greater China. Teachers and Students will be well equipped with analytical tools and multimedia contents to meet the challenge of the New Academic Structure.

	Fully in charge of the entire product development implementation process
	Lead and work closely with internal content, technical, product development and implementation teams include design, build, deploy and maintain WiseLearning platform
	Work closely and liaise with internal Sales & Marketing team as well as external business partners to ensure that business goals are achieved
	Oversee and provide guidance for team members to create functional specifications, use case documents, quality control testing to ensure the quality of product features and functionality
	Conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations)
	Actively participate in defining strategic direction and creating profitable business cases for the Company in the education sector
	Report to business owner of WiseLearning

Requirements:

	Bachelor degree of equivalent experience in Education, Business & Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
	10-15 years of experience managing the ”cradle-to-grave” process of creating and maintaining online products, preferably in the Educational Technology space
	Deep knowledge of the implementation and operational issues faced by HK secondary schools and their teaching personnel
	Experience working in HK secondary school market as a teaching facilitator or curriculum developer is a plus
	Ability to manage cross functional teams from content, editorial, sales, marketing and technology stakeholders
	Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve business target in a changing digital environment
	Excellent communication skills
	Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
