HR & Admin. Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process
Enhance and maintain HR & Admin filing systems and employee records
Assist in training programs and other HR projects to achieve business objectives
Manage general office administration and ad-hoc projects, such as, renovation, company events, etc
Responsible for managing and maintaining office vendors relationship
Demonstrate strong employee relationship


Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in the Human Resources
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant and organized
Good computer literacy and familiarity with computerized HR systems, MS Office and Chinese input
Strong business acumen and problem solving capability
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Able to work under pressure
